I have one question.
What is Up Floor?
Guaranteed least upload speed. Floor means minimum and ceiling means maximum.
If you set 512KB up floor and 1024KB up ceiling, then you will get upload speed between 512KB (least) to 1024KB (max).

i don't have traffic control option from advanced ( dlink : dsl-2750u) , how can i do something like this
how many devices can we add for speed allocation via ip address??? in DIR-615 or anyother router like tp link 300N ??? or can you suggest me to new router which is best for 100mbps plan for minimum 40 devices
concurrent usage??? (beacuse I'm facing problem in my library which have more than 40 users at a time who uses wifi.kindly suggest some router so that i can allot speed allocation via ip address to the each user by one wifi router)

Hello, I have a dir-878 with a newer GUI. The one you have on your video is what i have always been used to but for the life of me I cant find any settings used to limit bandwidth on devices in this newer GUI. All I can find is a crappy QOS setting that gives priority to a certain device but does not limit max upload/download traffic. and it doesn't stop housemates from completely saturating bandwidth at any given time. if anyone has any idea how to throttle bandwidth on this device, or can recommend a third party firmware that can, that would be amazing! thanks!

The IP address issued to you while you setting up the speed limit copy it to your DHCP Static IP CONFIGURATION, after you've saved the settings then your device will be issued with a static IP every time you connect.

Turn off QoS or do what you did backwards/erase it.
There might be a checkbox to select under the "remove" text, select it and click on save or something like that.
