Thanks--this was so helpful. We would really buy one of this because we have a narrow space and want both a couch, chaise, and use 2 extra options to create a guest bed. I too have been frustrated by lack of reliable reviews, and I've seen lots of negative reviews. We've been emailing customer service and Belffin is really show to respond and not answering out questions completely to give us confidence.
