I have had android boxes for years and Fire tablets too. I am waiting for my first fire stick to arrive today. Even though I should know more than enough to get myself going, I am still getting a lot of good information from your channel. You explain things so well and have such a lovely speaking voice. If you haven't considered a career in broadcasting you really should!

Good advice, but i would't risk any updates from 2022.
An overfull cache and too many apps are a weak spot of the firesticks
and android box's.

Very good overview of fixes, But how about the older firesticks vs the lastest? My understanding is that the latest has a somewhat more powerful CPU and has better performance. Again great post.

I really like your videos. I have done everything mentioned and I still have buffering on almost all apps I use. I have nearly 80Mbps and over 2gb internal storage plus a 64Gb flash drive. I am using a Firestick 4k. I use Defsquid daily and I clear cache frequently for the apps I am using. I have ethernet connection directly to router and my router is a fairly new tp-Link archer 21X. It was recently reset to factory defaults, upgraded firmware and restarted. What am I doing wrong?

5.0 is faster but range too small
Always 5.0 is best

Hi tanya i am frm india. I do as u say in your app transfer to external storage video. All things done but in last step i was not seen usb icon beside app. I check and apps not transfer to pen drive. I have try many apps but all apps not shown usb icon in manage installed apps. Please help.

Firestick won't connect to my network. I'm wondering if this is from the new update that's making me set my firestick back to factory settings is there a way I could do that without losing all my downloaded apks ?
Have you tried a power cycle for your router and your Firestick?
Remove everything from the power.
Wait 20 seconds.
Power it all back up.
That may help to reset your network issues?
