I have decided to complete HS again from NIOS. So is it valid if I improve my class 12th result from NIOS along with B.Tech?
Will companies give value to NIOS? Because if I register for NIOS, I'll get the result in 2023 and get the B.Tech degree in 2023. Will there be any problems in the future?
I'm depressed please help me with your valuable answer.

Well, nios isn't as linient as CBSE in alloting marks. It will reduce your percentage

Bhaiya, I have passed my class 12th cbse board examinations in the year 2020. I m not that much satisfied with my results. So i wanted to give improvement exam of class 12th again in 2021. So my first doubt is that,while filling up the form for improvement exam 2021 i have to pay the fees for the theory exam or i have to pay for both theory and practical exam( i have already passed in practical exams of 2020) so still i have to pay for the practical examination or i have to only pay for the theory part. And my second doubt is that if i have not to pay for the practical exams then will my previous year (2020) practical marks be carried forward in the new marksheet that i will be given after 2021 improvement exam.
And my last concern is that I want to give improvement in Physics and Maths exam so,if the marks are carried forward then it will be the marks of Physics only?Because we dont have practicals for maths(20 marks internal assesment not practicals) will the internal assessment marks be carried forward too?.Bhaiya i hope u will clear my all doubts.

I have three futher queries:-
1) should i opt for PCM or PCMB ?....i assume that I could do well with still having biology as I have completed 11th and 12th bio already in my junior classes.(and this was exactly the reason why felt a tough exam like neet to be easier than jee)
2) should i leave my school and join Allen integrated school system(bhubaneswar centre) or remain in my school's engineering batch(yeah they have a engineering batch too but they don't produce that great result as allen does)
3)Bhaiya I like computer programming since class 6th as I just started with BASIC ,C language ( both of themPOPs) and then in class 9th we started with JAVA ( this time JAVA was taught in class itself as I was from ICSE school) but bhaiya the desire for running an startup venture of mine is immence when compared to my love for programming and that exactly the reason why wanted to go to IITs as startup culture is quite good in IIT
So if after two years of hardwork if I don't get IIT and luckily get IIITs(where the coding culture is THE BEST) will it be wise to join IIIT ? Can you inform me about the startup culture at IIIT ?(Is it good or students are strongly into academics and coding as one of my my family friend from IIIT-B said students are subjected to quite an hectic academic schedule)
