Hey Ethan, when you grind aluminium, dab the disc with some candle wax to keep it from clogging and smearing the aluminium. It will cut and grind so much better.
If you don't want to hear the shackles clanking around, get a pint of the liquid rubber for tool handles dip just the d shaped and it won't drive you bonkers when going off road.
I wish I had one of these they look so fun to rip around in great videos love watching these little machines with attitude

I liked the George Carlin quote. wow you got a rivnut tool since the last episode they very handy. after the next episode you will down to building the trailer for under the boat. then you will be just about ready to go camping. I bet that makes You a happy camper LOL.

You should take the bracket cad file and make a hood ornament for the jet boat out if it.
Steering wheel still makes me think "needs a little bit of cushioning for the hands". dont get me wrong it looks great! just cant imagine how much your hands would start to hurt after an extended ride. Might be beneficial to add a thin foam and material cover or rubber?

Did you go to school to learn how to fabricate Ethan? Or are you just one of those genius people who just dive right into it and learn as you go? I think the latter is one of the best ways to get good at doing something. Either way,you’re one bad ass fabricator and I enjoy watching every second of your videos! You and Edwin are an awesome team and you two combined definitely work hard to bring us all great content and excellent entertainment!

Have you guys thought about rapping the stearing wheel in paracord to make it easier on your hands? Should be cheap and light weight

Maybe skip the wheelie bar and add some weight to the front (I'm sure the skid plates are gonna help with weight balance too)... If you add the wheelie bar, it will be even more tail heavy in the air!

brilliant design, i would love to see this made for a disabled rider with joy stick hand controls & caterlillar steering.
If you ever have a hitch in, and land a hard jump on it, that hitch is going to go into the battery, that battery fire is going to be right under your butt. I’m not gonna tell you how to build your creation, but i think it’s worth it to take a look.

@@GrindHardPlumbingCo I've mentioned it before I believe, but Prusa makes great printers. Not expensive but also not the cheapest but they're of great quality. Got two of them myself!
Agreed. Once you start using one, you start seeing opportunities to make all sorts of plastic bits that'd normally be too much of a PITA

If you flip upside down will the top mounts of the harness be forced together due to the converging tubes they are mounted to? My concern is that they will come together and strangle the user's neck when upside down. Might be work checking out or creating less mobile mounting points.
We will have to test it out!

Might need something between battery and hitch square stock. One time bumping into something with hitch and your gonna have a hole the size of the square stock in it. Just trying to look out and help. Hope that helps.
Do not mount the harness like that. Should be able to slide up the bars like that. Harness mount should be just below your shoulder blades behind you.

Shoulder straps are wrong, very bad angle that can cause more injury to your neck & spin in a high speed roll, please look into it.
You should make the taillights functional

Do you think the battery might rub against the back side of the hitch receiver?
What about a sweet removable step, with mud-proof tread, next to the receiver on the rear bumper? 😁An even easier way to climb up there, and hop in.
you were worried about the dimonds sliding on the ground and then put thoes giant bolt heads sticking up.
Have you guys thought about making something more radical for the asphalt in the future? Loved the camaro but i feel that if you took another crack at it with your current tools and experience you could make something truly insane.

I have seen every video in this build series, but just now seeing how small that rear sway bar/ sway bar arms are just helps realize how small these vehicles really are....

Just a small thought to add to the battery placement. The spot seems perfect except for right where the square tubing for the hitch is...seems a little tight my only worry would be from constant rattling or small movements while off-roading that it might rub or wear a possible hole in the battery Or even the hitch itself when inserted could do the same thing. Just something to think about 🙂 but as always love the content guys can't wait to see another successful build finished 😁

If you were worried about putting the diamond pattern facing down for the sake of sliding, why put exposed bolt heads sticking out the bottom? Wouldn’t a few weld beads (if materials allow) or internally mounted via stand-offs be superior?
I'm working on a 2017 Honda trx700r and a great looking 99 Ford f250 with a 7.3 powerstroke and a esx exhaust pipe system for it
Should put a sticker that says "Helmet Required" I love reckless motorsports, don't get me wrong, but also believe in a strict minimum on safety requirements and gotta wear helmets in caged vehicles, especially vehicles with high rollover risk.

Hey Ethan, Can you please put a hyabusa motor in a small car like a mini cooper (or any small car), or maybe even buy one of those lower engine blocks where you can take 2 hyabusa motors and have a V8 hyabusa motor? I think that would crazy to see, especially if you made an offroad vehicle with one of those engines in it.
