@@cristobalordaz7637 The video's answer was correct. Since its not stated which category the employee will fall to, you would need to take the average of absenteeism in that year which would give a final answer of 3.6% so closest option was 4%.

Some MNC's have the criteria to send the assessment report after its completion, but the other one's just mail you regarding selection or rejection.
