No questions are asked in NATA from counting figures. aptitude me maths ke questions aae.or grammar se bhi .Like correct difination of tautology.
U r mistaken.....atleast 4 to 5 questions were asked on counting figures

mam in some question your trick is proved wrong because in 1 question you does not aplly our trick as you told in others questions
