Thank you for your Lidlite review! It was very helpful. I actually found your review the day mine arrived. I had the exact same issue you mentioned with your original unit. I reached out to initiate the return process, but after watching your review, I waited a day and tried again. So far unit is powering up compared to prior attempts. Hoping it works out. It is the perfect fit.
Thank you for watching. One thing I have found out is that you might be over charging. I had mine plugged into a laptop charger, and I think I over did it. Now both lights are working fine.
Mole is a sauce. MOLLE (pronounced Molly, like the name) stands for Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment, and only refers to the pouches. MOLLE attaches to things with PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System).
Brilliant video, hit the nail on the head on some questions i've had about getting a Pelican 1510 with the molle attachment AND paired with the medium CRD bags. The lid light was not something i'd even considered til now so thank you for getting me onto that. Hopefully i can get it to mount properly with the molle attachment. Thanks bud!
Thank you for watching, and happy to help. You will need to get longer screws to mount the Lid Light, but it will work. Mention my name is you buy one!
No affiliation here, but Nanuk also makes a great line of cases and organization modules. They fix some of the issues I have with the Pelican organizers, which you mentioned being the fine mesh. Theirs is a thick flexible plastic.
NANUK is arguably better than Pelican in certain ways. I have one of each and I prefer NANUK, easier to open and shut, slightly better shapes, and better burnt orange color imo and generally slightly cheaper then pelican typically..can’t go wrong with either brand though!
I recommend using 3M one wrap Velcro to secure molle stuff onto the lid organizer. Works better to secure things and it allows for more flexibility with customization

Good call on the Lid Light 💡
Haven’t seen anyone introduce this yet. Good video man

Great video! Learned a lot. Btw it's pronounced "molly" not "mo-lay".
Thank you for the clarification, and thank you for watching!

Great to know. I haven't tried Nanuk, but it is good to know they are making a great product as well. Thank you for watching.

I don't think anyone makes a great padded divider system. Thank you for watching.
31 years on this earth, 8 years in the Army, and you're the first person I've ever heard pronounce "Mall-E" webbing as "Moolay". 😂
I try to bring the funny to all of my content. Thank you for your service, and thank you for watching!

MOLLE will, without fail, hook up with PALS.
Thank you for watching!
I know it's petty, but it's (mol-lee) MOLLE. It's an acronym for "Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment". Just sayin'
Thank you for watching!
It’s pronounced Mol-lee homie… sorry it bothered my military ears 😂…. Good video though.
Thanks for watching.
We’re neighbors.
Welcome to the neighborhood.
Talking about people that don’t know MOLLE while mispronouncing it is crazy work! 😅 Great video, though.
The doctors never said I was "cleared completely". Thank you for watching.
