Deleted 10 videos totaling about 40+ million views, recorded videos with my face, added original commentary to my old videos, filmed my own videos... still demonetized. Should I sue TH-cam or do you have another idea? I am ready to share revenue to anyone who can get me monetized again

Ok please help! So amount 99% of my videos is something I filmed. I have 10 years almost and nearly 1200 videos. Well 2 or so out of 1200 are “reused content” I have over 26 topics. And filmed in locations anywhere from my living room to a cliff diver at a themed restaurant. So it’s different colors, different locations. I’m not a super pro so I’m not filming with a consistent style. In fact 26+ different topics. Any advice on my channel? How can I get my monetization back?! First appeal they said I didn’t explain enough. 2nd they said I only showed a small percentage and that a majority of my channel has to be in line with policy. Well if less then 1% is. How do I fix?! Please help! I’ve asked chat, tagged them multiple times on twitter. No clue what to do next.

TH-cam flagged me for "reused content", but there is absolutely NO reused content. Channel is 100% original, though AI generated or AI assisted. I've spent hundreds of hours on this content and have no idea why. :\ I put up one video on TikTok that I posted first to TH-cam (my own content). SO frustrating! I've written many of them myself, some others I've used AI LLMs to assist with (I'll write the story and or chorus, AI helps to fill in the verses, bridge, etc.). The music and vocals are all AI generated. The music compilations are my own music and the individual videos are the same. You simply will not find these songs anywhere else as they don't exist anywhere else. I use various AI tools to create them. I wouldn't want to add any commentary over the music as it defeats the purpose for the channel. People go there to listen to music, and my voiceovers would ruin that experience. :) I'm going to try the appeal process and see if that helps. Took about 10 days in the "Appealing" state, but all turned out great as it was approved and I'm now monetized.

After 3 months, I'm finally about to reach the due 3,000 hours in order to activate monetization. I uploaded about 20 videos, in which I talk about animes - so not an original content - but I spoke in all of them + edited clips by framing all of them, as well. Not revealing my countenance, but still voicing over them. However, since I used to own another channel, which didn't get to monetize because of my mistakes, I'm kinda fearing yt might deny my request again. Paranoid question, but will I be fine with trasformed unoriginal content with voiceover? Just thinking about getting rejected again scares me a lot.

You'll get rejected because you KNOW it's reused content, and TH-cam knows it aswell. You cannot trick TH-cam my friend, they have AI and technology to detect every single trick you do. To get monetized you must follow TH-cam's policies, and create content the right way.

I have some videos that haven not have face on about 8 years or so the only video's have most watched time. Could I change description, tags and titles and have a chance to get monetize or painfully delete it the rest without my face regardless?
Yes you can monetize dubbed content. ‘Made for kids’ channels can be monetized, but the revenue is WAY lower than a usual because most ads are disabled, and comments are disabled too. ‘Made for kids’ channels are not very profitable. Hope this helps!

Hi Michelle, this video doesn't apply to "appeals". This is specifically for people wanting to re-apply for monetization after their 90-day suspension has ended. Here's the exact steps I share in this video: 1 - Read TH-cam's reused content rules ("Do" & "Don't" list) 2 - Delete all reused content (shown in "Don't" list) 3 - Adjust your videos to comply with reused content rules (shown in "Do" list) 4 - Re-apply for monetization when your suspensions ends Hope this helps!
@AmusingMichele Unfortunately once your videos are deleted, your appeal is automatically null and void and can’t be overturned. No matter what happens from here on out, you will have to wait for 90 days before you can re-apply for monetization. There’s no way around it now 🥲 Just to clarify, I never mentioned the word appeal in my video. My instructions are specifically for those re-applying after the 90 day suspension, as explained in my video.

Very difficult. If TH-cam can't verify 1 main creator on the channel: either by face, or by voice, they won't approve your channel for monetization. We're in a trust recession - TH-cam is sick and tired of faceless TH-cam automation channels, so they made the rules for monetization very strict. No matter what niche you're in, whether it's making money, wildlife videos, or photography: you need to create a personal channel, and share content around the topics you enjoy, whilst incorporating your personality, showing your face ect My honest opinion - if you're worried about speaking on videos or showing your face on camera, you'll never earn a full time living on TH-cam.

Anyone shed any light onto why this may of happened on my channel? its all my own content , I do vehicle repair tutorials I don't show my face often but its all my voice & I am seen in some videos working on the cars. im not sure if its my short form content thats the issue.. But what about edits. Like for example some motivational clips from famous people, put together into an edit. You cant show your face or do any comentary since if you did it would ruin the edit and noone would watch it. For example boltmotivation has a chanel like this with shorts, that get milions of views. Yes I got Reused Demonetize on my Channel to. Well I have done my First Step they still denied me the Monetization of my Channel now. I'm doing Step 2 Deleting all my Short Videos Which I know now it is the Problem. I leaving all my Original Videos alone. on August 19, 2024 I have to Reapply for Monetization and hopefully with all the Short Videos that I have Taken down I will be Monetize again of course I have to Sent them a New Video of what have been doing lately and Proof to them that I have Deleted all my Short Content. Hello brother, because 1 creator/face can't be clearly identified as the main owner of your channel, I suspect this is why you was demonetized for reused content. To get monetized, I advise you to show your face in all of your videos at the intro, possibly during the video, and also in the outro. If TH-cam staff can clearly identify you as the channel owner, they will approve your channel for monetization. Hope this helps 🤝

After 3 months, I'm finally about to reach the due 3,000 hours in order to activate monetization. I uploaded about 20 videos, in which I talk about animes - so not an original content - but I spoke in all of them + edited clips by framing all of them, as well. Not revealing my countenance, but still voicing over them.
However, since I used to own another channel, which didn't get to monetize because of my mistakes, I'm kinda fearing yt might deny my request again. Paranoid question, but will I be fine with trasformed unoriginal content with voiceover? Just thinking about getting rejected again scares me a lot.

Yes you can monetize dubbed content.
‘Made for kids’ channels can be monetized, but the revenue is WAY lower than a usual because most ads are disabled, and comments are disabled too.
‘Made for kids’ channels are not very profitable.

Unfortunately TH-cam hates faceless AI channels/ content - to get monetized you will need to change your entire content approach and re-apply after 90 days.

This is specifically for people wanting to re-apply for monetization after their 90-day suspension has ended.
Here's the exact steps I share in this video:
1 - Read TH-cam's reused content rules ("Do" & "Don't" list)
2 - Delete all reused content (shown in "Don't" list)
3 - Adjust your videos to comply with reused content rules (shown in "Do" list)
4 - Re-apply for monetization when your suspensions ends

No matter what happens from here on out, you will have to wait for 90 days before you can re-apply for monetization.

Just to clarify, I never mentioned the word appeal in my video. My instructions are specifically for those re-applying after the 90 day suspension, as explained in my video.

Very difficult. If TH-cam can't verify 1 main creator on the channel: either by face, or by voice, they won't approve your channel for monetization.
We're in a trust recession - TH-cam is sick and tired of faceless TH-cam automation channels, so they made the rules for monetization very strict.
No matter what niche you're in, whether it's making money, wildlife videos, or photography: you need to create a personal channel, and share content around the topics you enjoy, whilst incorporating your personality, showing your face ect
My honest opinion - if you're worried about speaking on videos or showing your face on camera, you'll never earn a full time living on TH-cam.

But what about edits. Like for example some motivational clips from famous people, put together into an edit. You cant show your face or do any comentary since if you did it would ruin the edit and noone would watch it. For example boltmotivation has a chanel like this with shorts, that get milions of views. Yes I got Reused Demonetize on my Channel to. Well I have done my First Step they still denied me the Monetization of my Channel now. I'm doing Step 2 Deleting all my Short Videos Which I know now it is the Problem. I leaving all my Original Videos alone. on August 19, 2024 I have to Reapply for Monetization and hopefully with all the Short Videos that I have Taken down I will be Monetize again of course I have to Sent them a New Video of what have been doing lately and Proof to them that I have Deleted all my Short Content. Hello brother, because 1 creator/face can't be clearly identified as the main owner of your channel, I suspect this is why you was demonetized for reused content.
To get monetized, I advise you to show your face in all of your videos at the intro, possibly during the video, and also in the outro.
If TH-cam staff can clearly identify you as the channel owner, they will approve your channel for monetization.
