This saddens my soul to no end , I am 51 and this was not in my youth I feel like I had been robbed and left empty the U.S. can't even come close to touching this elevated height this band is pure genius this song has taken me back when I was 20 and met a girl, this shell of life becomes filled with regrets ,that was one of them. In I believe 1983 one of your native Aussie bands INXS came to my home town to play at Allegheny college and open for Adam Ant I was 16 and got out of school and figured where they were staying at a 2floor hotel and I wanted to meet them back then no security was needed so I went to the second floor and the entire floor smelled like weed and needless to say I had a big bag of panama red and I waited for 45 min. But no one came out of any of the rooms and I left, and to this day I regret not knocking on those doors I could have met INXS and Michael H.especially since his loss from this earth,They received a standing ovation for an encore which Ant did not.Stay strong ,Stay together, Stay safe your pure genius ,your lives will not be filled with regret,Thank you for this masterpiece Dave at 51.

I saw these guys a couple of years ago at Glenelg beach. It had been 45 degrees that day and Rufus came on as the sun went down and the breeze came in. It was the most incredible, surreal and immersive performance and I’ll never forget it 💞

This was the song that was playing on the background on repeat when I was heading home from my sons funeral service and I had his urn in my vehicle with me. What was normally a 20 minute drive back home took me 2 hours.
I first heard this song two days after my wife left with my daughter and I found out she filed for a divorce. She was leaving me and taking my daughter . I was working midnight shift at my job and I found a good place to park and played this song for most of my shift. It had a calming effect and helped me get through the pain.
It took me back to a time when I was in college and brought back better memories

I may not able to see him anymore but this music always reminds me the short happy memories he gave. Universe will give you a woman that you are looking for and I'm pretty sure for that. August 6th, Franklin Music Hall, Philadelphia. There I was, after years of wanting to see this trio perform live; the day was finally here.
I was up on the balcony with my rave fam, and song after song from the very drum solo intro,.. was simply sublime. We were dancing singing along, loosing our minds, then those first snares to Innerbloom played...the entire crowd went deadquiet,..it was blissful kind of quiet, palms facing skywards, smiles...eyes closed.
You could feel the love in the air, as though it was tangible.
My entire rave fam ( 9 of us), we all looked at each other..and without saying a word, we just smiled,.. that happy kind of smile in a fleeting moment that you want to preserve forever.. a sincere smile, and we hugged each other dearly as though it were the last time we'd ever see one another..and as we did..Tyrone began singing:
'feels like I'm waiting, like I'm watching...watching you for love...'
--I can still feel it now as I type this,..pure unbridled bliss.
That my friends, in that moment right there...those goosebumps that never left; that is what heaven must feel like all the time.
