- I told the story of how I accidentally went on a romantic date with my interviewer on my stream / pikat , and since I'm learning how to animate, I decided to make a storytime video out of it. It's basically my first animation project, so I hope everyone likes it!

@@bloox6031 There's a bit of a difference between the MC of Romantic Killer and Pikat here: the MC (forgot her name, whoops) is explicitly aware that there are two pretty boys trying to date her and is refusing to follow through out of spite because everything she cares about is taken away to encourage her, but Pikat was not aware of it at all.
Worse thing she can say is "No"

The fact that you were unable to tell that the interviewer wanted to go on a date with you is so relatable, i always struggled with understanding patterns in people's behaviors in the past which led me to a lot of situations similar to this one xD

The animation was good. Hope you make more, but don't burn yourself out trying to make animation, you could make one every now and then so you can have more time and not stress about it. We will still support you in whatever you make, whether that is an animation or casual art advices.

Everyone underestimates just how long animation takes until they try it themselves, but it looks great for your first attempt. Lots of fun expressions and poses.
If you ever want help with animations in the future I would love to help. I'm not the greatest ever but I'm definitely good enough to help in some capacity, plus I also use clip studio. My channel has some of my work on there if you care, most of them are pretty old though. Now that I have more free time since I just graduated (with my associates in animation) I should be able to finish some new ones relatively soon.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your story and art with us. Keep up the good work!

Scary story. If an interviewer had tried to hold my hand in what I thought was (what I would guess was) an evaluation of whether I would get along with other programmers, I might have jumped back the same way. I had always heard that dating in the workplace is just a minefield of complications.
I can kinda relate to that CEO a little. I want to make a game starring what is basically an expy of me. Just one game, though, and mainly because there aren't that many brown and/or left-handed guys in starring roles in the kinda games I like, outside of customizable protags.

dude I worked as a talent acquisition for half a year or so.
you have no idea how many times I have to control my self from texting a girl from my personal number to be friends with. cz in this office, I'm the youngest of them all so I kinda have a hard time to connect with anyone at work (I was 23 at the time and errone else is on their late 30s to 40s)
especially during lunch time when errone else sit in a group eating and chatting about finance or something, I always eat on my desk (prentending to have a lotta work to do).
So you can imagine the urge I get when I interview a cool girl my age (I'm a 23yo female), I wish I could be friends but nope it's just too awkward I fear idk
doesn't matter cz I quit anw xD (on Februry this year)
