@20:37 - Boomerags were actually created to be minor hunting weapons by the Aborigenals. Only thing is, the standard boomerang isn't meant to return to the user. It has to be crafted a specific way and thrown at a a specific angle.
If that didn't convince you, look up its Indian cousin, the chakram/chakarn, which are throwable arms in the same vein that ALSO don't return to you. The chakram is mostly the Slash-type equivalent to a boomerang's Smash-type~

Dual Tech is basically Right Hand Man making a laser dome surround Henry while he spins madly, firing the pistols. The laser dome makes the bullets supercharged, and they were able to turn the government soldier squad into dust.
Ah yes just what I like to see 3 tophats absolutely destroying the airship they are in by setting up tons of explosives in the ship without leaving
