Out of every single video on Mario X Meggy I’ve seen this is the best one (will be until SMG4 pulls out the canon card for Mario X Meggy but this is still really good)
Usually shipping videos feel a bit on the nose, but this feels natural and well animated; plus using the recent movie and concern for their friends SMG4 and SMG3 as a backdrop helps sell how much they care about each other. Also kudos for bringing up Mario's past love of princess peach and spaghetti, that's 100% accurate to his character imo. the voicing is solid too; Mario's voice sounds accurate to Charles Martinet while not sounding too much like an AI/text to speech or too over the top expression wise like the in game sound effects, same with Meggy, it sounds faithful to Lizzie and Elsie's portrayal's while again not sounding too expressive but still conveying emotion, it feels truly human.
This might be one of the best MxM confession fan creations I’ve ever seen. If the ship ever becomes cannon one day it’s confession scene will have a good deal of competition
@M&LDT Miyamoto confirmed in 2005 that Mario is in his 20’s, and Mario’s the universe avatar so age could straight up be irrelevant to his existence, like a god from other fictions, so I’m not agreeing with any of that

I've seen Mario and Meggy kiss a lot of times, but never like this. They love each other in other channels but they hate each other in the SMG4 Channel. But, all I know is that Mario and Meggy will remian as best friends or lovers. I give their relationship a 10/10. (❤️x🧡) Meggy might be one of my favourite SMG4 character. I also ❤ you, Meggy!
Imagine that in the end, such relationships were hidden by the characters in all subsequent animations from SMG4. It would be an ingenious plot twist that makes you think about the previous scenes with the same characters and even, if there are any, understand that the numerous hints of their relationship were not in vain.
