Here a great tip for you, just check the ventilation and hallway for making sure. If you see him in vent or either hallway, turn off the light immediately and hide. Multiplayer mode: When you are play with 2 or 3 players, tell one of your friend to check on ventilation, other simply check every camera while you check on hallway. When you hear the phone ringing, tell your friend or yourself to turn off.

I remember I beated nightmare mode first time I played the Intruder, but a milli sec before the phone ringed to announce phone service is restored, my friend died to anxiety. Btw First, great video.
I tried to do nightmare. It was pretty easy. However, for 3.5/4ths of the game, I was solo, as my teammate died. On top of that, the barely helped. The calls were just annoying instead of being a hazard. So as the anxiety. But when I was fixing that phone, I saw my UI go away, and I saw that the phone had reset. I was pretty lucky in it.
