God bless you and your resolve. Ive followed this project since the beginning. I got to hand it to you and your "stick to it tiffness". Fiberglass is "such a joy to deal with" on layup but the rewards are worth it in longevity if done properly. Continuing success and progress and look forward to seeing you and your catamaran on the water soon.

When fiberglassing upside down, roll resin on the upside down surface and wait for it to get tacky. Then the cloth sticks better, but you have to be quick laying the cloth on and rolling fresh resin before the tacky layer cures.
The roller stops turning freely because layers of resin build up on the frame part that goes inside the roller. Beat the crap out of it with a hammer on the concrete to break off those little bits of hardened resin. The roller will turn freely again.

Prewetting the surface is a must as it helps to create a chemical bond with the new layer.! I have been having good usage of the little rollers. I was cutting the bigger ones like Jaime but had a hard time with the rollers seizing up.
