Hmmmm. My SIL and I put in at Graves and got out at Roger's Bridge (I think) in May. We pretty much thought it was the trip from Hell. Of course much more current that time of year and the overhanging trees took very hard and accurate paddling to navigate. They stuck out on diagonals from the current. My SIL was dunked twice, caught in the current against a logjam. This is a very pretty video with relaxing music. The song going thru my mind at the time "If You're Going Thru Hell, Keep on Going".
You definitely need to stay alert as things can move along fairly quickly on that river. It seemed less treacherous without the tunnels under the Bridge though, which actually claimed my wedding ring during a trip about 10 years ago.

Very well done. I did this trek over 30 years ago in my spry 20's. It was punishing then, even for a young boy. I would die today most likely.😵💫

Very attractive scenery. What type of trees that are leaning above the water?
Cedar trees .....
White cedar, to be exact.
