Moment the Sacred Erin River in Erinjinyan-Ekiti made some Isese Devotees go in a Spiritual Trance. Trance means when one is between sleep and awake. During the World Ifa and Orisha Festival Pilgrimage that's being celebrated annually by the International Council for Ifa Religion for all Isese Devotees. We visited this sacred river in Erinjinyan-Ekiti, Ekiti State to pray at the spot of the Erin River. According to the Yoruba Beliefs system, some ladies are omo elegbe. One of the ways to know Omo Elegbe, Egbe Children or someone from water is how they go in a trance whenever they are connected to the river around them.
