It’s what I’ve been doing. I was able to snag Bartolo Colon in the first round. Then I snagged Jered Weaver, Reid Detmers, Ervin Santana, and Ubaldo Jimenez in the second round. In the final round I was able to get Adrian Beltre, Curtis Granderson, Adam Dunn, Mike Trout, and Vladimir Guerrero Sr.
2nd round, I got Don Larsen, Joe Musgrove, Len Barker, Bob Forsch, Bob Gibson. 3rd round, Manny Machado, Jim Thome, Dave Winfield, Frank Robinson, Mel Ott. My others the boys had on their lists
This is definitely a game yall should keep doing! Could even do it like ref guess and add up points later if it is difficult to get everyone in the room at the same time
I’d love to see this like a true game of Scattegories where there’s 10 categories and they all have to start with the same letter. But still this was pretty cool!
Played along so I decided to record my score. If I was the fourth player my points would have been Mets-Yankees: Joely D Rob Neil Walker Yogi No-Hitter: Detmers Arrieta Seaver 300 Club: Frank Robinson Palmeiro Thome Bagwell Also had 12 players on my lists that someone scored a point on. Love the videos I can pause and play along with. Great content as always!
playing along with them was fun. I put down Magglio Ordonez for one of my 300+ hitters thinking I'd sneak one by. I feel Joez though because Magglio only has 294.
Joez picking Ricky Henderson made tequila blast out my nose - because I know how close he was - but it was everyone's reaction that got me laughing so hard.

For the 300 homer question, I would've tried to focus on less power positions. C, 2B, and SS mostly. Kent, Cano, Bench, Piazza, Berra and Fisk I'm sure of and are unlikely to get guessed because you just don't think of those spots as power positions. For SS, don't think I'd do ARod because I'd think he'd get guessed. But Tejada and Ripken are less likely to get guessed. Then I'd go old players for the last 2. Mathews from Braves and Yaz from Sox would've been fun pulls. Really fun game!!
Jack after round 1: Joez had a good round but I thought someone would be duplicates. Me playing at home: Had 5 duplicates with Joez and none with anyone else. 🤣
BBD had 7 of my no hitter answers. He'd have hated to play with me because I had Humber and Cain and I thought I was being slick and then turns out BBD has most of my list.
I played along with them and got 23. Would’ve absolutely smoked them if I was more creative with NYY and NYM Round 1: Strawberry Frazier Ottavino Walker Orosco Cano Abreu Robertson Beltran Sheffield Round 2: Henderson Alvarez Philip Humber Chris Heston Edinson Volquez Mel Parnell Hisashi Iwakuma Alec Mills Tyler Gilbert Clay Buchholz Ubaldo Jimenez Round 3: Cecil Fielder Dave Kingman Fred McGriff Ryan Howard Ed Mathews Mel Ott Carl Yastrzemski Willie Stargell Hank Greenberg Prince Fielder
homeruns are too easy, I crushed 10 against these boys - Mel Ott, Jimmie Foxx, Hank Greenberg, Edgar Martinez, Raul Ibanez, Andre Dawson, Stan Musial, Matt Holliday, Jim Edmonds, Scott Rolen (gotta let my Cardinal flag fly at the end)
Joez waits until people have the points on the board and then crushes their dreams by telling them he has it too lol
12:10 the point-scoring chime being played in reverse 😂 💯
This was a good game. Joez and jake are hilarious together
Yeah he must love Jake touching him all the time..
BBD with some outrageous pulls
Love this idea. Really easy to pause the video and play at home!

My best pull was Alec mills no hitter
@@KirbysFakePunt I got him too, along with fellow Cubs Carlos Zambrano, Jake Arrieta, and Milt Pappas.
Definitely. I drew a blank on Yankees/Mets, but I got seven each in the other two categories. That was fun.
Joez with the delayed “I have Manny” had me dying
Joez is entirely uncoachable and I love him for it.
This is definitely a game yall should keep doing! Could even do it like ref guess and add up points later if it is difficult to get everyone in the room at the same time
"Do perfect games count [as no hitters]"
"Yeah, that's transitive."
Somewhere, Jolly's math teacher is shedding a tear of joy.
Need this game again with different cast members !
Look how happy Miguel Cairo made Joez 4:36
14:49 i look forward to this every time 😭
Joez ending every game with "WHY YOU ALWAYS HOSTING" is my favorite
I would love to see more of this
Jake shittin around with his phone flash outta nowhere 10:38
I love Scattergories! This was fun :)
Love all the White Sox answers! Finally expanding your thinking out of New York.
I really like this format, it's fun to watch and you can even play along at home if you want!
I’d love to see this like a true game of Scattegories where there’s 10 categories and they all have to start with the same letter. But still this was pretty cool!
I love all these. My favorite is probably family feud but they’re all great. Please make more

This was a great idea. I played along and got a pretty good score.
This was really good. Definitely keep this game in the lineup!

Joely

Yogi
No-Hitter:
Detmers
Arrieta
Seaver
300 Club:
Frank Robinson
Palmeiro
Thome

This was a fun watch I totally expected to see a Mets and Yankees category wasn’t disappointed
playing along with them was fun. I put down Magglio Ordonez for one of my 300+ hitters thinking I'd sneak one by. I feel Joez though because Magglio only has 294.
More of this please 🙏🏿

I liked this! Joez is a character
more of this game in particular
"It was never combined." -Jake Jolly n Jake had the vibe for sure.
24 for me. Category 1 scored with: Kingman, Randolph, Joely Rodriguez, Mike Torrez, Sandy Alomar Sr. Todd Frazier, Gooden, Beltran, Sanchez and Olerud got named.
Category 2 scored with Cy Young, VanderMeer, Newsom, Feller, Seaver, Browning, Witt, Kenny Rogers, Charlie Ferguson. Allie Reynolds got named.
Category 3 got full marks with Hornsby, Kaline, Kingman, Klein, Foxx, Al Simmons, Kiner, Ripken, Colavito and Norm Cash.
Good format!
this was a great one
Joez picking Ricky Henderson made tequila blast out my nose - because I know how close he was - but it was everyone's reaction that got me laughing so hard.
Awesome game idea would love to see more! Maybe even 2v2 teams?

Yogi did player, manager, and coach for both
He said like and comment, let’s comment: Favorite cheese? Can’t repeat.
Muenster
Provolone
Gouda
brie
Ricotta Salata
I would love to see just how chaotic any of these games would be with Joez hosting
Joez is the best! I feel for you, my friend.
This was fun to play along with. I did so bad on Yankees/Mets lol. Got 9 on the homers though and made up a lot.
"I did put Chasen Shreve"
"You guys are insane"
@6:19 german, kershaw, buehrle, felix hernandez, humber, cain, halladay, larsen, randy johnson, scherzer

Great stuff fellas!
another great video as always!
This is great
Love this idea! More Scattergories bruh

Gotta have the Scategories timer ⏳
That sound is nerve racking
Make the bell quieter please
keep doing content like this
7:35 at this point in the video and curious if anybody will say Doc Ellis
13:19 bbd saying that like joez didn’t write both of them down😭
Jose Vizcaino was my favorite Cubs name that Harry Caray pronounced: "HOW-zay Viz-ki-AAAAYN-o."
Jack after round 1: Joez had a good round but I thought someone would be duplicates.
Me playing at home: Had 5 duplicates with Joez and none with anyone else. 🤣
I would have finished tied for second with Jake at 15, Joez down to 14, and BBD still at 20 because I didn't guess a SINGLE thing he did.
Joez not verbally confirming players, you deserve that 297 😂😂
jake should make an intro music with his trumpet skills
BBD had 7 of my no hitter answers. He'd have hated to play with me because I had Humber and Cain and I thought I was being slick and then turns out BBD has most of my list.
Great content
I played along with them and got 23. Would’ve absolutely smoked them if I was more creative with NYY and NYM

1st rd I got Bartolo Colon, Kelly Johnson, & Kyle Farnsworth
I drew a blank for yanks Mets only one was cano.
Was really hoping someone would pull Old Hoss Radbourn for the no no round.
If joez hosted a 20min game will take 3hrs!
The 10 players with 300 HR was fun
Adam dunn
Brooks robinson (268)
Mcgriff
Carter
Delgado
McGwire
Cansesco
Sosa
Thome
Dick allen.
Were my picks
For no hitter I was thinking Musgrove and for 300 home runs I was thinking Harper and Stanton.
God I wish I had friends that liked baseball to do this shit with.
I got Jerry Harriston, Robertson, Nunez, Bruce, Colin , Sheffield
Joez is the best in these videos
Yogi Berra for the Mets. Only one I scored with
I’m really curious, would Mad Bum count for the no hitter question?
homeruns are too easy, I crushed 10 against these boys - Mel Ott, Jimmie Foxx, Hank Greenberg, Edgar Martinez, Raul Ibanez, Andre Dawson, Stan Musial, Matt Holliday, Jim Edmonds, Scott Rolen (gotta let my Cardinal flag fly at the end)
Do this more often
Rickey Henderson had 5 postseason home runs. So ill give Joez the point and automatic win.
Too many NYC-centric questions/categories, but lots of fun!
No musgrove for the no hittah?
My best thought of both teams was Jesse Orosco. No idea how he came to mind.
What if they had to write five things down and they had to I don't know match 5 ;)
