Just thought it might be helpful to know that the difference between the two Pastel Tone sets was that the first one was a Promarker set, whereas the one you purchased was Brushmarkers. The reason is that the colors for Promarkers and Brushmarkers aren't the exact same, and I guess Winsor and Newton wanted to show the best pastel tones availabe of each type of marker.
Oh you are totally right! I thought I 100% searched for brushmarker in Amazon but seems like I clicked on the Promarkers without thinking twice. Nice catch & that totally makes sense now.

When I bought them i also bought some paper and the seller said that the paper was good for alcoholbased markers but i stil have the problem with smoothnes. Do you think it is because of the paper?
The difference between Promarkers and brush markers is Promarkers have a dual tip, one fine/bullet tip and a chisel tip. These are great for cartoon/animated drawings. Brush markers have a brush tip which is flexible. This can be used for more realistic animation. I wouldn't recommend these for realism as they don't blend as well
Maybe an odd question but I have the pebble blue from Winsor Brushmarker but I would love to find the same color as copic. I guess it is something in the spectrum of BG but I don't know which. ;w;

I was wondering, because my mom bought me aqua blue and red winsor and Newton markers, but I get scared when I try to blend them because I don't want the blue marker to have red on it.. with the ink bleed on another marker? And also, one marker is just a normal winsor and Newton Marker, and the other is a winsor and Newton brush marker.. will they blend?
I've been spending a lot of money on buying paint markers the past week. (for a student with no job) I think this might become an obsession and that I will be that one person the even though they go to gollege that will end up with a large box full of paint markers of 5 different brands.
I would recommend thicker paper since these markers give out alot of ink and it will bleed through if you layer a bit so take note of that. I'm not 100% sure of what's the best paper, but good luck.

Not sure if it's just me but I think that there's some audio distortion in background if you listen in closely. You might wanna look into it, check some tools to reduce/remove the distortions. But then again, might just be me

+Brushes and Bunnies I think that's something that gamers do develop over time, especially people playing FPS games since sound plays a huge role in them :P I'm fairly sure that there is some program that could easily get rid of the noises so you can keep your things on ^^ Could look into it sometime soon
Hard question. If you can afford the extra cost I would say Brushmarkers but then their colour range isn't as big as Promarkers so you would be missing out in that area... Although I think having tubs of colours to choose from is overrated

Tawny English I can explain that: the american Version are called ProMarker,so they don't have a brushnib. The other ones are called BrushMarker (with a brush nib). So these are two different sets
eyepatch Heacy you're on the right track though. After researching a bit, the sets she's comparing are pro vs brush and not necessarily us vs uk. In that, it makes sense now that the color sets vary because the color availability between brush and pro differs
