Amazing! How long does the verjuice last for? Also, wasn't sure if you were using the sodium metabisulfite as a preservative or to disinfect the bottles. It can be used for both right?

Hi. I wouldn't expect it to last more than a year. It will gradually oxidised and turn brown. The metabisulfite is to prevent fermentation because the verjuice is sweet and unfermented, but can also be used to disinfect the bottles.
