- This is my 2012 Harley Davidson Sportster XL883N IRON with Screamin' Eagle Slip Ons mufflers and breather kit. The sound is perfect for me comparing with V&H short shot that I use before this. The V&H is good but is too loud for my neighborhood, so this SE slip on shorty dual is just perfect, loud but more to deep, low db.
This video was made just for fun. It leverage my day to day activity during weekdays because this baby is my partner in crime. From home to the office, day and night, through traffic jam and empty road at night... we fly together! :P
This video was shot with Canon 60D, Canon manual lens FD 50mm f1.4, ambience lighting.

These screaming eagle Street performance mufflers are so good, I don’t know why people say they are too muted, we know some after markets are loud, but this SE exhaust is more than enough for my requirement , plus it gives more performance too,

Thanks man :) So far I'm happy with the bag. It is water resistance. Its a very good quality leather. But you need to modified the belt position a little bit so it can fit to your bike frame nicely.

Sweet..!!! About the adjustment, well... maybe its just me :) it is quiet difficult to tightened the belt during attaching & detaching the bag. I modified mine so I can easily detached the bag when I need to wash the bike... and I quiet often doing that.
Just a tip; don't attach the bag to tight on your bike, otherwise it can scratch you battery cover.. just like mine does :(

Actually that was not a strobe light. Its a normal standard tail light. It blinks only on the recording scene. Its more to technical video signal thing that I'm not really sure how to explain. haha. But on the real situations, it not blinks.
capskie ok, The video interlace effect. I am a Visual effects artist still i thought its a strobe light. :D i would have been cool if we can buy real blinking lights.

capskie and what mods you did to the exhaust? sounds sweet. i will get my 48 in 20 days, it has a SE exhaust, should i do something to the baffles?
***** If you like the sound on the video, then you don't have to do anything ^^P It is an original baffles came with the slip-ons SE exhaust.
Congratulation for the 48. It is a very nice bike. Just make sure that the super tuner or fuelpak and a stage one breather kit already installed. It will helps maximize the power and control the fuel consumption. :P

Those flashing effect caused by unsyncronized signal between LED light and frame rate captured by the video camera. Well I'm sure what's it called, but its really a video technicality thing. It only shows on video with certain frame rate setting. Not doing that in purpose though.. :P

Where can i find these flashing rear signal/stop lights? I have 2013 Iron and harley dealer doesn't even know that kind of item.

how loud is it compared to stock?

Mine is SE street performance slip-ons bro. I think SE Cannon is only for HD Touring type. There's some video about it on youtube for your reference.
My understanding, if you replace you exhaust with a non stock one, you also have to replace your air filter/breather kit. Otherwise your engine will overheat.

This one is not to loud, but of course louder than stock.
SE Street performance is about 80dB. Compare to vance and hines short shot is much quieter. But it has this distinctive harley davidson sound. That's what I love about it. The performance also quiet significant. But again, you have to also replace your breather kit from stock. Ride safe bro!
@@capskie sorry, after update cannon and filter do you need to remap EFI?
@@RosaMelano-dy1yy Yes, definitely. You can use / install Supertuner or fuelpak. I recommend fuelpak 3 coz it has many feature that you can control / set from your phone. And after remap the EFI, I also recommend to install a pair of O2 sensor disable plug to make the O2 sensor disabled. It will make your idle & engine run smoothly @ constant rpm.

These are pre 2014 screaming eagles. They were perfect. Post 2014 New screaming eagles r muted
