My travel trailer came with two rear stabilizer jacks only. They were mounted at the end of the frame at the rear bumper. I mounted the mounted two new ones on the front at the end of the frame rails the same as the rear factory installed ones. It's always a good idea to center punch where you will be drilling new holes to prevent the drill bit from wandering.

Yeah, using a center punch would be a good idea.
I really like having all 4. its so much more stable.
