I love Guy Sebastian he's honestly brilliant and so is his brother :') He made this song because someone he cared about like family committed suicide and it struck him and his family really hard. He wrote this song in their honour and so his family and the people he loves will listen and remember to reach out and other people will have the support that this song gives. The hope in those moments when you are down that things can get better when you aren't ok.
