    Super nice cabin!!! I would reglaze that tub to a different color though you can hire a professional or DIY it!

      Thanks! If anything we would just remove it but I don't see that generating more revenue so it'll probably stay until it breaks down or leaks.

    To get a loan only putting 10% down, is there a specific loan you apply for other than a regular home loan?

      It would be a 2nd home/vacation home loan. You should have the intention of actually using it to vacation too or else it's technically mortgage fraud. So go on vacation there a time or two in the first year. After that it's whatever.
