Adam, I'm so hungry watching this video.😋 And yeah, your first in-resto video😀 My eyes were locked on the jollof rice, the predecessor of my mother's maternal line's Gullah red rice. I use both red and green bell pepper and toss in thinly sliced and sautéed turkey kielbasa -- the latter an adaptation influenced by my neighborhood, which when I moved here was predominantly Polish and Polish American. My eyes were glued to that jerk chicken, too, man! Yeah!😋
I really loved making this video. This place is truly authentic home cooked food. The jollof rice was delicious even though I'm not a fan of rice. I ordered the fried chicken and my girlfriend ordered the jerk chicken.. not gonna lie I ate most of the jerk chicken lmao. Thanks for watching!!
