Adam, I'm so hungry watching this video.😋 And yeah, your first in-resto video😀 My eyes were locked on the jollof rice, the predecessor of my mother's maternal line's Gullah red rice. I use both red and green bell pepper and toss in thinly sliced and sautéed turkey kielbasa -- the latter an adaptation influenced by my neighborhood, which when I moved here was predominantly Polish and Polish American. My eyes were glued to that jerk chicken, too, man! Yeah!😋

I can't believe TH-cam's algorithms sometimes. I just learning about this fascinating video today ... two years later. Adam, cemeteries scare me, but b/c you're focusing on the historic battle at Lundy's Lane, I'm cool right now.🪦👀💆🏽‍♀️
