The argument that most Kentucky counties don't have any school that isn't public school completely misses the point, probably intentionally. Once the money is free to follow the child, there will be school choice everywhere. Parents want it and children need it but most families can't afford to fund the failed public schools with their taxes and then pay for a good education for their child elsewhere.
Voting yes will harm our public schools.while handing lawmakers a blank check to spend on rules they have yet to make up based on their choices. This choice will allow government to place its rules into private and religious schools where they have no business. we can also expect tuitions to go up as soon as state money is received and expect the same on your property taxes. Kentucky needs to follow the rules of it's constitution and stop their sketchy scams to set up their own personal agendas

Punlic schools such as William Wells Brown Elementary in Lexington, where the children are socially promoted and 80% graduate the sixth grade illiterate and another 80% graduate unable to do simple math. It's institutionalized child abuse and we need to stop funding it, and instead give those children a chance at the education they desperately need. YES ON 2!
