- Ingredients:
300g Paneer, cubed
4 tbsp Curd
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Red Chilli Powder
Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Coriander Powder
Cumin Powder
Tandoori Masala
Kasuri Methi
Turmeric Powder
Garam Masala
Salt, to taste
Lemon Juice
Chaat Masala
Oil, for cooking
For Stir-Fry:
2 Onions, sliced
1 Capsicum, sliced
Salt, to expedite cooking
For Assembling:
Malabar Paratha
Green Chutney (Refer to the provided link for the recipe)
Peri-Peri Sauce
Tandoori Mayo
Instructions:
In a bowl, prepare the marinade by combining curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, tandoori masala, kasuri methi, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and chaat masala.
Marinate 300g paneer cubes in the mixture for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and capsicum. Sprinkle salt to expedite cooking.
Once vegetables are soft, add the marinated paneer. Cook with the lid closed for 5-6 minutes or until the stuffing is dry and the oil oozes out.
Cook Malabar Paratha with oil or ghee until golden brown and transfer it to a sheet.
Apply green chutney on the paratha.
Place the prepared paneer stuffing on the paratha.
Add peri-peri sauce and tandoori mayo on top of the stuffing.
Roll the paratha tightly, securing the edges.
Serve this delicious Tandoori Paneer Roll.
