Description and timestamps below: The magnum opus of Sonic Team on the Sega Mega Drive and in my opinion, the greatest classic Sonic game ever made: Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles. The project for Sonic 3 was so huge that it had to be split into two games: Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic and Knuckles. Sega went one step beyond and engineered the cartridges to be locked onto one another, to form one giant game so players can play the complete version of Sonic 3, as initally intended, which is named Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Knuckles.
At the end of Sonic 2, Sonic defeats Dr. Robotnik and critically damages his space station, the Death Egg. Plummeting from orbit, it crashes onto Angel Island, a landmass that is somehow floating high in the sky. The impact brings Angel Island down into the sea, where Sonic and Tails investigate the landing. Robotnik learns that the source of energy, gifting the Angel Island's flight is the Master Emerald. With it, he will be able to reenergize the Death Egg and have ultimate power. After he meets Knuckles, the lone guardian of the Master Emerald, he tricks him into believing Sonic is after the Master Emerald for himself, and sets up the two heroes against one another......While they are dealing with each other, who is going to stop Robotnik?

I played before on emulator, and sadly stuck in Hydrocity zone, because i want collect chaos emeralds, but when i buy Sonic Origins plus, finally i finished Sonic 3, i want to play again, but this time with Knuckles

Dude, I used to find that special stage horrible too. Always took me multiple attempts but done it enough times over the years that it doesn't give me trouble anymore.
Did you edit the music at the end where you complete the game and sonic carries the master emerald?

Sky Sanctuary usually plays yes but this is Sonic 3 Complete and you can change the music to use the Sonic 3 or Sonic and Knuckles themes. This includes the invincibility jingles, continue screen music, 1up jingles etc. I would have preferred Sky Sanctuary to play instead of the Sonic 3 credits music but never mind.

It's Sonic 3 Complete: a re-released updated version of Sonic 3 and Knuckles for PC back in early 2009.

I only go after the red ring or white ring bonus stages as you are far more likely to get a lot of rings rather than leaving it to chance on the gold ring ones. Plus you can lose them too!

How did you get the super peel out?
This version of Sonic 3 and Knuckles is called Sonic 3 Complete which is improved on the original, released in 2013. The super peel out was added to Sonic's moveset.

@@hotfuzzpooleygaming9232 I can't find a single Sonic 3 playthrough that ends or begins with the competition mode. It's either the Sonic 3 run, or a 12 min run of competition.
Guys can anyone tell me how u get to mushroom place cause in the video it shows tails flying sonic but when I played my sonic turned into the super sonic...I’m very confused
@Donn You are playing Sonic 3 (standalone) and not Sonic 3 and Knuckles. The Big Arms boss at the end of Launch Base is the final Boss of Sonic 3, so the game ends when you defeat it. Sonic 3 and Knuckles is the two games of Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles combined, which is that version that you need to play.
How do u make tails fly?
double tap jump and hold up. The d pad will take him in the allocated direction
