Autumn has arrived and the sunsets are beautiful this time of the year - our Mini Italian Teachers will teach you the most important word for Autumn in this episode. We also had very special guests, or better friends, on board to enjoy a wonderful evening cruise in perfect company. By the way - many of you wanted to know how we handle social media etc with our girls: I explain a bit about Leni's and Rosi's habits to use technical advices.

Dear Elizabeth, Bravo for your message. I find this topic very important and valuable. I agree with your opinions and advice. It was hard for me as when cell phones came out there were no apps or limits for parents. It was a very hard struggle but we made it through and realise the importance of family and friends over phones, TV and computers. Thank you for sharing your opinion and I wish you a wonderful week!

And then there you were with Leni in the car. Such a pleasure to speak with you all❤❤❤! We vacation in Praiano every September. And have been visiting since 1999. So this place warms our hearts. First of all, Leni and Rosi, thank you for the Italian lessons! They were delivered so beautifully. You are great teachers. I was really impressed that you both helped your mom to bring a group of teenagers to her special place on the sea. It looked like everyone had sooooo much fun! I agree with your mom, kindness is the most important thing. One of the things I've learned in life is that the people to whom we are kind give us the real gift: by giving us the opportunity to practice being kind. I'm sending a big hug to all three of you!
Hi Elisabeth, you are so right, parents should monitor the time that their children are on devices. It's like when Covid hit, they still complain that their children are struggling but not trying to get them help to fix it. It is so wonderful how you make sure that your girls understand that Being Kind is an essential part of how people in general should handle life. You do just say be kind, you show it! Yes, Elizabeth I do believe in kindness, and I try to practice it every single day of my life. As a former nurse, I practiced kindness every day not only to the patients, but to my staff. We live in a world of technology, which is a great thing, but it should be used in a proper perspective. When I go out to dinner with my friends, the phone stays in my handbag. I enjoyed the time to have a conversation. With them. The world needs more parents like yourselves.
I too enjoy Duolingo. It helps me to keep up with my Italian since the passing of family members that spoke Italian. 👍⭐️😊

I raised my kids the same. Haahaa they’re so old that when phones came out they got an old flip phone to share! They’re a yr apart but we got the phone because in 7th grade my son started traveling for sports. 🏀 I wanted him to be able to get a hold of me if need be. The texting on that phone was 3 letters per button 😂😂😂

Kindness is Lovely, unfortunately greed comes first and foremost in everyday life. You can be that person who goes the extra mile, with kindness but it is usually not given back, in fact taken for granted, then you end up exhausted and Jaded with life, life can suck every inch out of you at times. This may sound negative but it is how I feel. I live in the UK and it's dog eat dog. Sorry, but true xx

I love the way you raise your children with the social media information we all need to teach our children in this world! You are a great Mom to take the time you spend with your children and to teach them the things that are import in life!
