This is probably the best lore video of these two games out there, you really summarized the plot events well. I know children were in Awakening and Fates, but one thing I missed from Genealogy was how the enemy bosses got married and had their own children during the timeskip. Awakening and Fates didn't have enemy boss's children. It felt pretty bad destroying them like Ishtar and Ishtore in the second half of the game. It's amazing how detailed the family lines are, like Reptor has a son named Blume who married Hilda and they have Ishtar and Ishtore as their children. I felt bad destroying their whole family in Genealogy, and then I played Thracia, a midquel game, and there were a few scenes showing that Blume just went along with his dad's schemes but didn't want his own children to get hurt and when his children get defeated in the war he makes worse and worse decisions. The interesting thing is that, again, the enemies were pairing up, Arvis's and Deidre's son, Julius, was going to have a marriage to Ishtar.

They wanted to have the ultimate unit. If Ishtar and Julius had a kid, they would have Vantage, Wrath, Pursuit, Nihil, and Loptous blood... horrifying

By far the best story in the series. I wish IS would do more with Jugdral but they avoid it like the plague for some reason. It always has to be about archanea

Archanea is where the series began, so it has the first-born status. Plus Jugdraal was the magnum opus of Kaga.

Ayra’s journey to Verdane with Shannan takes place between the events described at 10:05 thru 10:09 and the events described starting at 10:10. To escape the war between Isaach and Grannvale, Ayra and Shannan flee to Verdane by way of Silesse and Agustria.

I personally think it's the most logical explanation, but, to my knowledge, there is absolutely nothing that says Lewyn is possessed. The game tells us Forseti revives him, but what exactly is going on with Lewyn and Forseti is never fully explained. All we know is that Seliph calls Lewyn as such. Is Forseti possessing him? Coexisting with him? Is Forseti taking Lewyn's form?
Anyways, this is a solid video. Jugdral is great.

I wish they remastered this story. The twists and turns were great and updating it to current gen would add a lot more weight

There was a leak last Summer which leaked screenshots of Engage, all of which turned out to be true. In that leak, they said the rumors about an FE4 remake were real

Maybe. Elaboration on story and updated presentation could be great, but the gameplay is a mixed bag of great ideas and bothersome ones that support the story, so there's no clear-cut good way of doing that.

This presentation assumes that Ayra was killed as part of the plot against Sigurd. She is the only question mark in the Battle of Belhalla. The official sources do not explicitly reveal her fate in the battle. It’s possible that she escaped the plot against Sigurd. It’s up to the player’s own head-cannon.
