The reason many goan engineers leave Goa every year in thousands to relocate to Bangalore Pune Hyderabad. When the company doesn't respect you just leave and move on to the ones which do. If you have the right skill set then you are sellable anywhere in the world. Do not just restrict to Goa. I am a niz goenkar engineer and left Goa long back for Bangalore. Goa is no more lucrative for educated professionals. Goa is good now only to buy sell and drink liquor drugs etc. The reason many reputed families from Goa are thinking of leaving Goa or have already left.

This is a fact goan people workplace harrasment now in not only industrial sector also in banking sector becouse from top to bottom more than 80% staff are from outside states and our youths are wasting time after goa government jobs.
