Hello admin. I am from crossriver in nigeria and we have the best ogbono which people usually call village ogbono that draws very well and doesnt change taste after beign stored for a long time. I am also into the ogbono business of selling ogbono seeds that we get from our ogbono stems to the farm. I want to start exporting them to countries like USA. Do you have any ideas what i can do.
Hi, I bought Ogbono but I'm not sure if they are rotten or if that is their natural taste. They taste a bit sour and bitter, like rotten nuts...Should they taste like that or did I buy a rotten batch? :/
Good day dear, do you want to sell after blended or to sell as seed? If you want to store large blended quantity to sale later, toast it a little bit, then blend and store. but if it is to sell as a seed, dry it probably and store it in an airtight container.
Thank you for sharing with us how to preserve ogbono
Thanks so much for watching
Nice one 🙏
