Lola, Amazing collection.....I am a Nurse also, and we know it's not proper to wear heavy fragrances or to over spray, so this summer I have fell in love with citrus freshies, all the usual suspects . I had to laugh when you brought out your samples in the clear plastic containers because I to have 4 of those for my samples and decants I can spend hours sampling and making lists of what I can't live without, my goal is to have 10-12 full bottles and the rest in decants. I can't live without "Intoxicated" impeccable.
So appreciate this video - just the perfect length and snapshot refresher review for those who have already watched your full reviews. You've introduced me to so many I'd never have tried such as Van Cleef & Arpels Orchidee Vanille - never would have tried this on my own and love it.
I loved your mispronunciation warning at the beginning😃😃 ... Thanks for giving us a glimpse into your collection. I have been enjoying smaller sizes as well at the moment, it just seems to be a little more practical ... I have actually emptied a couple of bottles which feels incredibly satisfying. I would like to have a core group of my must haves in bottles and then just buy 10 or 15ml decants or travels to satisfy the variety urge but hopefully get used up💜

Wonderful collection, in the end when you mention you want basically decants, i feel the exact same way, for a while know i'm restrain from buying a bottle, only decants, i can have more variety of what i want, now I only buy a full bottle of those really special ones

Have you tried Eau Des Marvelles by Hermes? This fragrance just makes me happy when I smell it!
Yes! It's a good one. Will probably be in my collection one day.
My SOTD was La Douceur De Siam. Don't think many people talk about it, but it is a lovely fragrance. Smurfygurly just turned me onto your channel. We seem to have very similar tastes. I also love Bergamatto de Calabria, but the longevity is super disappointing. Word of caution...don't get the spray lotion in the same scent to try to help lengthen and add to the scent. There is an underlying olive (I think) note. Does not smell the same. I just use regular unscented lotion to make the scent last longer. I also have Charlatan by Fort and Manle, L'Air Desert Marocain, Rose All Dae, Unknown Pleasures, Vanille Banane, Oud Satin Mood, Aqua Celestia, Chergui, Intoxicated, Oud Bouquet, and several of the designer fragrances you mentioned. I swear you raided my fragrance collection LOL

Two things kind of stood out to me. It’s funny your Herod’s cap is broken like mine, and I’m thinking of fixing it with some epoxy. Plus, it’s cool to see someone else with Iris cendré. My wife picked this one out for me when we went to Essenza, one of the niche shops in Seattle.

How /when did you discover your signature scent? It seems to be taking me forever to discover my own. So many beautiful fragrances that I haven’t found one that I want to wear everyday. I do really love Eau Des Marvelles though.

eli ka No, I haven’t noticed any headaches since wearing it. How many time are spraying? I know when I overspray a fragrance I can get a headache. This happened to me with the perfume Sophia by Sophia Vegara.
@@tblub.9270 thank you for your answer, before i was spraying twice ,and i was gaving really bag headaches, i tried just to spray once but same thing. It's really annoying since i really like that fragrance. 😥😥
eli ka Maybe it May just be too strong a fragrance. Try spraying and walk through it. See if it’s light enough for you to enjoy without the headache.

I love your collection! I myself have gotten an insane amount of FB’s that I’ll never use and started buying 5 and 10ml decants which I find more manageable and less upsetting if they don’t work out versus blindbuying a whole bottle and having to find a new home for it. I would love to see you go through all your decants I know it may not be something everyone wants to see but for me who is just now getting into purchasing decants I’d like to see what all is out there and what brands carry those that I can try out for myself.

Had my heart set on Gourmand Coquin- and bought it - but it didn't last more than 1 hour on my skin! I was so upset - Had to take it back - wish I had a huge budget because I would have kept it...
That's too bad. 😥It lasts reasonably well on me.
Had the same issue with Blvgari’s Goldea . I loved the scent but it did not last more than 30 mins. I took it back too!
