Maaaaaaan!!! You are so cool!! I tried to understand how this all maps work together past several years ))) but now you've opened my eyes!! even Clo3d tutorials doesn't explain this, Thank you SOOOOOO much!! Please don't stop!
I cannot even begin to express how grateful I am to have stumbled across your videos. They've been on replay for the past two days lol 😅. I'm a baby at this and it can be so overwhelming but you keep it simple and detailed. I appreciate you and your time kind sir! I do have a question...😬 I saw your other video on creating a ripped jean effect. Would that be the best way to create a ragged sublimated cloth patch (hopefully I said that right) I want to create a stringy applique as well and my brain is just hurting trying to figure it out lol. Sorry for the long comment, I'm gonna go now. Thank you again! 🤍
I'm happy to hear the videos have been useful for you! Hope you're learning lots, it can be overwhelming in the start. For adding the patch it depends how detailed your render needs to be. If you need really high resolution I would say add the patch as a piece of mesh/fabric in clo3D and then scale the UV maps quite big and texture as needed. If you want to stamp it like the denim video I did it will still work but might be a bit lower res as it will be part of the garment UVs
Unfortunately, I pay too much attention to detail (short projects turn into a month long process for me lol) so I'm definitely going to try the clo3D route. Your timelapse videos are my motivation at this point lol. Thank you for responding! And again, thank you for your time.🤍
Such a useful video, thank you! How can I display a draped fabric the way that you have? Like it's hanging on a balloon. I'd be very grateful for your advice
the best tutorial und yt so far for the maps! but can u tell me from where you got the Cotton_Heavy_Twill map? like is it a image from the internet or a clo specific map that you used?
I used this for raising the webbings on my spider-man suit desings it looks incredible but i have a. lot more questions as well :D thanks for the video
You might have to use an older version of photoshop. I think they took the 3D options out in the new versions. You can also use a site like this to make normal maps for free :) cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/
hands down the best clo tutorial out there. thank you so much for your efforts and generosity here!!!!
You're welcome!

the best tutorial und yt so far for the maps! but can u tell me from where you got the Cotton_Heavy_Twill map? like is it a image from the internet or a clo specific map that you used?
Its from the clo3d fabric with the same name :)
Thank you so much for your videos, I learned all this.
You are so welcome!
Hi, Would I be able to know how you got the fabric swatch on a sphere as shown in 5:27 ? Is this is sample from substance painter? Thanks! :)
I just imported a sphere from blender as an avatar and draped the fabric on top in clo

Hi, what did you do here 8:27? Why don’t I have this button?
You mean for the opacity? You need to have a texture loaded in the map input
@@digitalfashionblender Yes, I understand that. I don’t have the button you’re pressing at this time 8:27
I used this for raising the webbings on my spider-man suit desings it looks incredible but i have a. lot more questions as well :D thanks for the video

Hi, someone knows why normal map is not working like that on my Ps ?
You might have to use an older version of photoshop. I think they took the 3D options out in the new versions.
You can also use a site like this to make normal maps for free :)

When I apply a metallic material, it does not take effect in the 3D simulation. I only see it when I proceed to render. Why is this?
Don't know, when I apply metallic hader in clo3d I see it metallic in the viewport, check how your fabric is being displayed in clo3d.
bro, can u tell me, the photosop version ? please
It was version 21 I think 🤔
