Back with another what’s coooking segment and this time I try my hand at making an udon stir fry for the first time ever ..
I personally thought it was nice with a few shoetgovinga but amma was not so kind 😂.

I would recommend Honey balances out the salty and other savory flavour. Also veg or chicken broth plus corn starch for nice thick coating.
