SNL was the best it has been in a while when Nate hosted. It was amazing … felt like old times having a comedian host. The Washington skit was hilarious… I have watched it multiple times.
Nate makes a huge difference. My adult son told me about him, and Nate’s stories make me laugh over and over. This is a blessing when you live a quiet life. It’s just what you want. Nate matters!!!!!
How refreshing it is in this day and age to hear someone genuinely acknowledge and recognize God’s hand in their life for their good fortune ❤ I love Nate’s comedy and I can see how he became the person he has by listening to his sweet Mama!!
I agree! I've loved Nate's comedy for years. It was awesome to hear his Mama's perspective. ❤ It brought tears to my eyes to hear her speak about her faith in God. 💜
I haven't seen his Dad but, boy, can I see his mom's mannerisms and speech patterns in Nate. I just think he is wonderful and it seems like his family is too!
Never heard of Nate. My sister sent me a link yesterday and I've listened to him while doing laundry for the last 2 hours. He's hilarious. Thank you Carol for raising a great son.
Nate has brought laughter to my life again. My son is a drug addict and it consumes so much of my life. My daughter showed me Nate about a week ago and he makes me laugh when I haven’t really laughed like that in a long time. Thank you Nate💙
Right? When I listen to him, it reminds me of being with family or friends and there's that one relative or friend who has everyone in stitches laughing. It's so effortless to listen to him. What a gift for us.
Same! As of 3 weeks ago I was without warning jobless, homeless, “living” in my 2007 Buick which as of last Friday does not even drive. Broken down in a park and ride, middle of winter in MN (thank you Jesus it’s a very mild one at the moment!) feeling so empty and sad like I’ve never felt before BUT I have my faith and have stayed positive and most of all I literally listen to Nate over and over again and laugh out loud to the point where I worry someone might here me and wonder if something is wrong with me 😂 oh what laughter can do for us, love that he doesn’t use inappropriate or foul language and all of the jokes are about normal everyday life things!! Very few comedians have kept my attention for more than a couple of lines and none, not even one has EVER had the ability to completely captivate me like Nate has 🥰🥰🥰 such a blessing and this mother of his I could just sit and talk to for hours, I just love them!
My adult son always tells me what i shouldn't watch all the time.. he introduced me to Nate's comedy. What a joy!! I loved getting to know his mom. Thank you.
I am listening to your mom share about your family and their lives. She mentioned a lady, Amy, they met at a play who told them how your comedy routines help her through the night when times are tough. Me, too. I am a missionary in Honduras. Been here for 25 years helping children. Came after Hurricane Mitch and 36 years of teaching in US. I recently found you when looking for clean comedy to lift my spirits when things get heavy here. Thank you for all you are doing for so many of us who need a good laugh at 2 in the morning and all day long. God bless all you do and increase your influence for the kingdom.
Such a lovely family. We so enjoy Nate and were lucky enough to see him at Radio City in NY. And when his dad finished his act and spoke about how all these blessings have come from God it brought me to tears; such a happy moment. Great interview!
I get the nervousness. I’m like that when my daughter does dance solos. It’s such mixed feelings. First time seeing Nate’s mom. She’s adorable! So happy for this family. ❤
I have so loved watching this Interview with Nate Bargatze's Mom, is it any wonder why the Lord is Blessing Nate and His enitre family. I got to see Nate and His Dad on New Years Eve in Ft Lauderdale, he had some funny guys with Him of course Nate was the Headliner , we started to cry when Nate's Dad introduced Him , so sweet and giving all glory to God, the show was just great and I was so excited seeing Nate in person, what a natural GOD given talent to stand and tell stories and make them so dang funny, its really Nate and His delivery and the gift God has given Him to make everyone laugh !! Even in God's word it is said Laughter is the best Medicine !!! May God continue to Bless You Nate and Mom and the entire family. BLESSINGS AND SUCCESS ABUNDANTLY , to God be the Glory !!!
I thought the interviewer did a fantastic job and ask some wonderful questions ! I’m from Nashville, Tennessee and I’m very proud of Nate! Nate also helped me get through some recovery from surgery , watching several podcast and NETFLIX SPECIALS! I feel I healed much faster from all the laughter! ❤
Great interviewer! She allowed Nate’s mom to answer the questions thoroughly! Humor has helped me recover cognitively from a massive stroke at a young age, Nate was an enormous part of my recovery! “thank You” is not enough!!!!
This was an absolutely wonderful interview! My daughter introduced me to Nate’s specials several months ago and I immediately loved everything about them! I was going through a particularly difficult time while caring for my mom.🥺Watching Nate truly got me through some of those days. I watch everything of his that I can find, and love it all! He is amazing and now, listening to his mom, I can see why. ❤️
Nice to see/hear Nate's mom. Nate is the greatest. I bet the whole family is great. Keep up the pattern. Everyone is loving it. Thanks for all the stories. Nate is so down to earth. He is a wonder. I can relate to being a really proud mom. I am happy for you. Jan Dullea
thanks for doing this interview. It's amazing that this woman was willing and happy to work a 9-5 to support her husband so he could live his dream and eventually provide long term for the family. what an inspirational laddy
I love Nate so much and his mother helped make him the human he is. Comedy is something that has all but died in this country and he has given that gift back to those of us who have missed it so much. This was a great interview. ❤ Thank you.
How refreshing to see a mother with so much common sense; it’s no wonder her son has ended up a success. It is obvious he was raised with all the right role modeling. She and her husband should be very proud of him and his achievements. I just discovered Nate a few months ago and the more I saw him the more I laughed and the more I realized how much I loved his style. It made me smile. I’m going to continue to follow his career….watching from PA, USA.
I think Nate got his eyes from his momma and that little expression (I don’t know how you would spell it but) whewwwww but his mom did it in this interview and I have seen Nate make the same sound. 😂. What a nice family ❤.
The entire time I interviewed her I kept thinking about their similar mannerisms, too!! Thank you so much for watching. I hope you’ll subscribe to the channel!
This is the reason it's great to have TH-cam and the internet, or he would have never been known, think how much talent we missed out on folks we never knew about; I love Nate and he's coming to my city Phoenix AZ. Let's Go Nate!!

What a wonderful interview...just recently came across Nate! Just love him talking about everyday stuff and making me laugh! Mom Carol, God Bless you and your family for the wonderful job you have done! I'm jealous, all 3 of my kids don't talk to me, it's very heartbreaking, especially the holidays. I haven't been perfect, but one thing I know was, I was a Very Good Mom and I was Blessed to be a stay at home Mom all those years. Nate can help chase away those dark days.
Thanks for this amazing interview! We only recently discovered Nate and his comedy is definitely good medicine as we face health challenges in our family. His work makes a BIG difference in the world.
