Love the RevAir and it is now the only way I blow out my hair. If the new one is more powerful that would be better for me since my hair is waist length.

I’m just noticing on the machine 2 open vents. I see that yours is open(foam removed), most people are showing there machine with it. Wondering which way works best? Correctly?
I have no intention of buying the RevAir hair dryer: 1) I don’t blow dry my hair often enough to be concerned about any damage my blow dryer is causing. 2) After using my conventional blow dryer, I don’t see hair on the floor so I know any damage is very minimal. 3) To my knowledge, there is no way to clean the RevAir hose. Because I use a heat protectant before blow drying, I know product will eventually build up inside the hose. 4) I have no idea how hot it is inside the RevAir dryer hose and how much concentrated heat my hair is being exposed to. 5) I don’t like not being able to see what is happening with and to my hair inside that hose. 6) I like that using a conventional blow dryer is both thoroughly detangling and fluffing my hair at the same time contributing to the body and lightness my hair will have after the straightening process. 7) The RevAir doesn’t detangle and appears to possibly contribute to tangling, which is the last thing you want before straightening your hair. 8) Some RevAir users have said they believe the RevAir damages their ends. 9) I have *never* seen a stylist use the RevAir which, to me, is a huge red flag. 🚩 10) A conventional blow dryer gives you much more control over the blow drying process.
He probably didn’t have the heat that high, I saw another review and one side was nice and stretched, while the other side she accidentally changed the setting, making it cooler and it was mad poofy
