This is awesome, you rail fanned your own model train! You did a terrific job with the audio too by the way. I grew up riding these trains, my father was a conductor for 28 years and my mom worked as a ticket agent, both worked for the C&NW and worked on the Metra commuter lines before they both became train dispatchers. This is almost as much fun as watching the real thing!
I would just love to get a Metra train set. I am totally obsessed with Metra trains. The thing is that it’s pretty expensive, and I don’t have a lot of room to put it. If someone can give me some suggestions on how I can make a train set work in a small space that would be greatly appreciated
N scale offers a surprising amount of metra equipment and can be condensed into a small area. Look into Kato n scale metra equipment, they have a variety of locomotives as well as modern coaches, which are still not available in HO scale.
@@Seaboard1321 thank you for the information. I will definitely consider this. The one question I have is what is the difference between HO Scale and N Scale?
Who’s here in 2020?
❤❤❤❤
Amazing video Austin! I really got the impression I was standing trackside at Downers Grove! This one is going on my favorites for sure!
