If it is condo and I own one unit in that building, do we still need landlord insurance ? If so , what components we should include in that insurance? There is common insurance under HOA for overall building.
Absolutely fantastic video!! I truly learned so much. I am embarking on investment real estate for the first time and this information was incredibly valuable. My question would be if I can get coverage for several million in liability insurance do I still need to put my properties in an LLC. I can't seem to find an answer on this one. Be Blessed.
There was a time when State Farm had the breed restriction. It was by happen chance that I found out about that list many years ago, so I stopped allowing those breeds. Years later, I called my agent to inquire about the breed list, that's when I found out they did away with the list. Now, this next part is very important, AS LONG AS THE DOGS DO NOT HAVE A HISTORY OF BITING OR ARE AGGRESSIVE. Now we have to ask every dog owner these questions, they say "no", I have them attest to that with their signture in my pet clause section of my lease.
Thanks for the information!
