actually a really good idea 👍👍👍 gaining fats in quarantine. gotta workout. Needed a simple easy to make diy rollers with some resistance to get more workout.

Long story short: Don't do this guys. it's not worth it. The resistance is wayyy too much and the noise is wayyy too loud. I did it with old hubs not one of these in the video, may be that's the issue? Plus I don't have a bicycle stand and the rear wheel just wiggles and touches the corner of the hubs making it even harder to padel.
This was a really great video. Just wanted to request you to suggest something for those who don't have spare old hubs lying around. I certainly don't and always wanted to make my own DIY rollers, and your video motivated me towards that. As soon as this lockdown period gets over, I will definitely attempt to make my own. A really good and informative video. Keep it up. 👍👍😎😎📹📹
Depends on what is available with you, you can use old strong pvc pipes, or wooden rollers,anything which is round and can more or less rotate freely.

How much gap we should keep between 2 holes in the wooden planks if we have 29" wheel MTB?
Good question, depends on the thickness of the hub, don't keep it too wide, there's no fixed size, you can probably drill holes at different sizes to fit all types of wheels too. Try and work out which works best

Hey sure. But find a way to secure the front wheel. Maybe between two pieces of wood or a corner or a wedge. That way the bike doesn't move side to side too much.
