That's a interesting question. Still now a days blood components are filtered separately ( I mean rbcs, wbcs, plasma, etc., to serve different people) so those who receives rbcs with no nucleus will not show up much of donor dna. But those who receives the other components may show up the donor dna. Researches show dat donor dna exist in the recipient for a time period and then vanishes. They will not get incorporated into the recipient. But not sure what will happen if the recipient is pregnant. Hope I have answered ur question

I'm not sure about it.. still to my knowledge.... It will not get replaced... But will definitely have a mild influence.... Which v r not clear so far...
