WE HAD 16 DAYS OFF IN A MONTH DUE TO BAD WEATHER. THE RSE WORKERS GOT PAID HOURLY RATE BUT US FULL-TIME KIWI WORKERS DID NOT ! WE STILL HAD TO PAY MORTGAGE, FOOD, RATES, INSURANCE, FUEL ETC. THE SOONER THIS "SCHEME" GETS AN OVERHAUL THE BETTER !!!
