    Sir got emotional. Clearly he misses RBI. Maybe leaving RBI for Yes Bank wasn’t a good decision in retrospection. But now what sir is doing with his startup is even better, guiding millions of aspirants. Huge respect.

      Hi Himanshu, The emotions are about the situation, how much worried I was that time but trusted on my intuition and have experienced new things in career. There is a bigger plan that is why my interview went well. But it went well in the long term. Thanks for your message.

    First of all Welcome Back Sir. Was eagerly waiting for Season 2. I'm glued to this series and now I feel good because I will get to hear more such stories from you. Thank you in Advance. (On a personal note - I really do like the way you explain everything, if got a chance would really like to have one-on-one conversation with you, someday :).)
    Coming to this story, it actually felt like a movie, the climax at the end, your emotions were clearly visible. I can feel that sir. And it's so beautiful to see you still cherish all those memories, which in turn also gives us an inspiration that one day may be we will also having such a story and sharing with you and others and we all will cherish together.
    Feel so much positive right now and I do not know what is going to happen and I don't know want to know as well, just a promise to self that I'll try my level best and just be prepared for the worst and god forbid if it's the other way, I should be able to buckle up myself and start for the next year.
    Not going to stop till I achieve it with all the attempts left. I know one day or perhaps soon I will be in the RBI premises and be a part of such stories. Yup, soon for sure.
    Thank you once again for this story and keep sharing stories like this. Cheers.

      Hi Ashish, when I made this video some people in the team discussed whether I shall let go this little emotional content, but I thought I shall share the true feelings. That one interview changed the course of my life. My worst interview took me to a different journey. I have been exploring and learning new things because of the interview experience far below my expectations. I am glad to see that you and many others are getting the message in the right spirit. Best wishes to you, keep it up.

    Amazing storytelling sir! Really touched and inspired by listening your experiences. I had a doubt regarding this, I had read somewhere that one cannot leave RBI for approx. 2-3 years or something like that after RBI has spent money on your education. Since, your MBA was financed by RBI how could they ask you to relieve your duties from the organisation in the first place?

    • @cpjoshi10
      @cpjoshi10 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Thanks for your comment. One can leave RBI anytime. My MBA wasn't financed by RBI. If you study taking the Golden Jubilee scholarship of RBI (for foreign study) you will have to work 5 years after that.

      Thank you so much sir for this wonderful video. It was really very emotional and the way you shared this experience it was like a movie was playing in front of our eyes. We could connect with this. But one thing I learnt from this is that everything happens for some good reason. May be at that time we feel disappointed but it have many long term opportunities for us.
