Hi,bro.i completed my sea time on FG and NCV vessel at deck side. I am going to be apply for 2 Nd mate. But I have weak in my studies and also have more than 60,% pcm . FG or ncv coc have oral as same ,but certificate have limit. I doubt is ncv oral easy than FG oral or oral is same for both , only mentioned depend on service
