I just picked up a pair of these as they were on sale for Black Friday because the WF-1000XM4's let me down... Twice. Long story short, right earbud was making a high pitched ringing noise, had them replaced, new pair started doing the same thing, got them refunded. So far these earbuds are fantastic. Sound great, super comfortable and app is fantastic. They could be a bit louder, but after playing around with the EQ settings in the app, I was able to make a profile that makes them plenty loud. Overall, I'm very happy with them! Also bought a dual wireless charging pad which was also on sale and it charges both my phone and earbuds perfectly!

Air 3 review coming in a couple of days 🙌 Tws1 pro is more balanced and brighter. JBL is on the warmer side, more bass trebble not as forward but clarity is still slightly better. They are over 4 times the price though

So i have a few question here hope someone can answer. Do i have to do a day charge for the first time after i buy this? (Like most electronics) Charging and storage (when i dont use it) tips so my earbuds can last longer? Is there any on off button and battery level indication on the earbuds?
First question, no. I received mine at 50 or 60 % battery. But you have to charge them after one day of use after you buy them. Second question: yes. Do like me, when you don't use them put them back in the case. No on/off button. They have auto-turn off. If you set it for 30 min, they will automatically turn off after 30 min. Alternatively, you can put them back in the case. Two ways to check the battery. Either go to the Bluetooth setting (where the battery indicator is quite precise) or go through the app. Bluetooth setting only shows the total battery level of both buds, not each of them separately, but the JBL app does.

Dear Picky Audio, do you know why the long comment I had written is gone? I didn't remove it. On a different note, have you experienced some ear pain on the back of your ear canal, where the rear part of the earbud rest? I wonder if I am the only one with pain in only that area, even with ear tips that fit very well. Also, do you have something you can recommend for that? I can't return the earbuds because of their no return policy on earbuds, so I have to live with them. I love them in every aspect, but it's a bummer that the back of my ear canal hurts only after 1-2 hours.
New update after 1 year: I own a pair and I don't recommend them because the seal tip doesn't fit and it's annoying how many connection issues it has. No auto-connect on both my PC or my phone (Samsung). Instead, go with Jabra or Samsung if you are an Android user. Also, they slip out if you make gestures like laughing and smiling which sucks. Another annoying thing is that if you use only one bud, each time you put it back in the ear it makes a connection sound, which is truly annoying. Once you go to JBL, you never go back! PS: I disagree with the gestures on only 1 earbud with Pro +. If the left headphone is set as volume control, it won't change to playback control.
Yes, done it even myself. But I don't think it's the best choice. I have a mixed feelings about them. They aren't aren't the best if you have small ear canal like mine.

Just bought these. Anc is very dissappointing, i still hear a radio in my room. Also this jbl app says it can't find my earphones. But i can hear them, so they are connected!!! Not worth the money! This app want to know your location!!!! Why????

Yep. But sometimes it doesn't work. What you need to do is to adjust the buds or simply take them out and in again. If your hands are near the head of the bud the music will resume since the sensor is built in the head of the bud. So, have your hands at the stem when you take it out.

The sound quality is insane and although I havent tried the Jabra 75t just the fact they are double the price of the h1 while being very slighlty better makes it a no for me. And the best thing about h1. The battery life. Man I was with 30 % and I thought they will fail me but I completed a full 1:15 min workout with only that 30% battery and that included going at the gym and going back at home. Its just insane. Volume is exceptional too

Just a rant, why companies wouldn't give us full control over what's what for the touch control in the app. If they want to turn it off out of the box, fine. But at least give us the option to change them. If they could create an app, why wouldn't they implement this??

I've purchased them yesterday. Sound is good, battery life also, all that stuff, but they hurt my ears. Check ear comfort before bying them.

Live pro+ are a lot better, had 230NC before. The ANC is a lot better and the sound is a lot better. 230NC doesn’t really have treble extension
