I feel like when people talk and joke the way Zero period does in such a creepy lonely scary eery place, it is to compensate for the fact that he is scared if he doesnt and wouldnt be able to play, cause even though we are watching, he is in fact playing alone when recording this. Scary man scary.
Skeletons are either made of paper, or nigh invincible, with no in between.
Hey George glad to see you playing this mod it's one of my favorites on Old-rim. Just a recommendation, on the oldrim version of Darkend the Knights Bow had an unofficial enchantment of bleeding/wounding effect that you could learn from disenchanting it. I see how weak your crossbow is against the early foes and it is extremely recommended by me to enchant it with this effect for fighting the stronger enemies you'll face in the endgame.
Wow! Darkend is more awesome than I originally thought, I might give it a go this time
That being said, I have a suggestion for some of the mods you might want to try out next. Not sure if you heard of SlimeSire - a modder that started making mods back in March - by now he's made some 7 short quest/player home/dungeon mods and they are of top-notch quality - each new mod of his is progressively getting better than the previous, last one even including some awesome voice acting and stunning visuals.
They aren't really longer quest mods like the ones you usually cover for Skyrim Saturdays, each may take an episode or two, but they are so worth to try out, maybe as a one-time review, like you sometimes post on thursdays iirc

Vigilant is THE best mod i have ever played for skyrim. Man all that lore and action was amazing. It made me read all the books and lore of 1st era just to get a familiar feeling in the mod.
Ring of favor is dark souls ring, it even boosts same starts.
It's so cool how they actually added in dark souls items into the game-
You gotta love those games that have an atmosphere that's so creepy and ominous, you get scared by things that you really shouldn't have.

Hey George, if possible, would you mind carrying some torches and/or casting mage light? It’s hard to see what you’re doing sometimes even when i have my screen’s brightness cranked up all the way
Imagine how glorious it'd be if the final end boss turns out to be a 3 headed Alduin!
You could fill the lanterns with Dwarven oil!!! Also make them with different ingots with different metals and such!!! Or you could make torches with wood logs cloth and Dwarven oil!!! Wood be a cool addition
started this at level one must say one of the best Skyrim souls like experience

I absolutely loved your play through of vigilant and once I build my pc. It’s the first mod I’m downloading. I’m a big collector too so I’d play it for the new items to collect same with the museum mod. Legacy of the Dragonborn I think

i don't understand the decision to not balance it towards the weapons the mod gives you since they look very cool
i know right? I try to use the swords every time i play this mod too. The Silver swords really fit with the vampire knight character i run at times.
It normally is. The adventure is designed for level 15ish, and last I played those were Orcish-tier weapons.

I feel bad for The Cursed Armor. It only wanted to be left alone. 😢
To add to my previous comment. Remembering it now. My only complaint about the vigilant series is how you showed off very few of the weapons and armors added. Like the craft able ones

That armor reminds me of the Shichimen Warrior from Sekiro...
I really hope you dont forget to pick up the unique weapons in this one. I always end up using the swords i find from this mod a lot when i return to Skyrim.
Fun fact... already killed the final boss and still haven't found that armor monster... apparently, Legendary Edition and Special Edition have different versions of this mod... as for journals... there aren't many. unless you count a certain chest with 18 copies of the same journal.
Hi, George. Do you use Combat Gameplay Overhaul mod? If you say "Yes", then try to disabling the "NPCs Change Grip" option. This maybe can help with strange endless block of enemies.
This is why elder scrolls 3 was a better game . It has lanterns. Plus the best weapon ever called trueflame which made it so you didn’t need a torch its unique in the way that it’s fire effect made it a torch .

Do you think you can try Final cataclysm 2020? Old version didn't have quest markers, but everyone did not like that, so now they are added
I'm kind of curious now if this mod works with Skyrim VR. It seems like it would be really fun to play it that way, and combat in VR should compensate for the higher difficulty. (And yes, I'd make the INI tweaks to help prevent just wiggling a weapon and dealing a million hits.)
Legendary would've made you do more damage to them, but they do more to you

You again are too much overpowerd for this mod. You at least need to play it at level 30. Also every enemy type in mod has it's weakness and immunity you need to figure them out.
If he plays final cataclysm 2020 or the Inferno mods he will definitely not be overpowered lol
The mod sounds entertaining. It's just a shame that I can't see any of it. It's too dark. As in, the video is almost completely black. I wish I could see Skyrim--both vanilla and mods--better, but there never seems to be enough light.
