8:55 those tire straps are supposed to go on top of the tires, centered. They were on correctly, just need to be adjusted and slid back evenly on the wheel/tire. I almost lost a car off a trailer with the straps placed like you had them.
this will go a long way in convincing my "real truck" friends that my Kei truck will tow 5000lbs after I engine/frame/transmission/suspension swap it! while technically the Huracan would need a few more mods/tests to do this in a way that's not sketchy, I appreciate the debunking of the whole "cars/small vehicles can't tow" myth. from an engineering perspective there's no reason a 4000lb vehicle can't tow 12000lb just as safely as a 6000lb vehicle tows 18000lb when the suspension/frame/heat management is handled correctly. Common misconception.
