I cry everytime I hear this song. What my lovely Jamaica used to be. Hard working people earning an honest living while caring for each other.
Thank you much. Certainly one of our favorites!
Brings tears to my eyes. My homeland
This song takes me back to my primary school days.
The good ole days! haha
Ernie Smith ''Evening Time'' brought me here...what a nice melody and music...when i close my eyes with this music i imagine the magic Jamaican sunset in the blue mountains....
Thank you so much for visiting with us! This is certainly one of our favorites so we are happy you enjoyed it
Want to home everytime I here this song
This is one of my all time favorite Jamaican Folk Songs. I love the call to relax and socialize with friends and family through food and games in the cool of the mountain breeze. We more of those evening times.
It's one of our favorites too! Ah yes, we all long for those evening times! Thank you for listening!!
Aww! My Jamaican culture, love it!
Sharing is caring! Haha thank you for watching
Beautiful!!!
Thank you!!
It’s been a while I don’t get this enjoyment
Welcome! Glad you enjoyed. Follow us on social media and share with friends
It is too refined it needs more actions movement, drums beats and all that to make lively.
We appreciate your thoughts
It's a song celebrating the close of day....evening time. These were workers heading home after a long day. It wasn't meant to be upbeat or full of vibes as you put it. Just imagine heading home after a long day working the field. It is meant to be calming.
