    Very good performance
I was a member of the Jamaican folk singers in the 80's with Olive Lewin.
    I enjoyed every moment
    Lots of memories.
    Keep up the good work.

ghostie7790...Dip an fall back. It's a dish made with coconut milk/cream, salted, cured mackreal or cod flavoured with spices and herbs such as pepper, onion, tomatoes, escallion, pimento berry. It is served with staples such as yam, breadfruit, boiled green bananas, boiled flour dumplings etc. .

ghostie7790 You're welcome.Happy to have been able to provide the information. By the way, the dish is also known as "run down" or more formally coconut custard. If your parents are Jamaicans they should certainly know of the dish.
